It is important to know what you are applying for. Read the job
description carefully and note down key skills, knowledge or
traits they are looking for. Do you tick any of those boxes? If
so, how? Knowing this will help you answer questions related to
the job description.

2. RESEARCH THE BUSINESS

Taking the time to research about their business will help you
get an understanding of what they do, the projects they have
been involved in and think about why you would be a good fit.

about our business?"

potential employer know that you're serious.

Always make sure you are on time for your interview or even 5
minutes early. It's better to be early than late. Being late
for an interview could give an employer the impression of bad
time management skills and can have a big impact on your
chances of being hired.

5. HOBBIES & INTERESTS

If you feel you have unique hobbies and interests or you feel
they make relate to the job, talk about them! This will help
you to stand out.

6. WHAT QUESTIONS DO YOU HAVE FOR THEM?

Think about questions you could ask the employer at the end. Is
their job progression? What are their core values as a
business? How do they work as a team? What are their future
plans for the business? Ask them questions that get them
thinking and show you want to learn more about how they work
and operate.

7. STRENGTHS
Think about your strength. Consider why your strength would
make you good for the position.
