1. Purpose:
responsible for creating and maintaining a harmonious working environment. This includes ensuring that the
compensation and benefits strategy for the business encourages success, employee disciplinary and grievance
procedures, effective communication, and solid health and safety policies.
2. Principal Accountabilities:
Follow up with employees' contracts, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are
complete and accurate.
Follow-up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
Controlling the vacation system and tracking the vacation balance of all employees.
Make sure that all government employees’ records and personnel databases are up to date.
