A Short Biography I have been working as a training and research professional at education
sector since 2010. I started teaching and training career with BRAC
University and worked as a senior lecture for three years. Afterward, I have
been working as an Assistant Professor and lead facilitator at the Centre
of Excellence for Teaching and Learning, Green University of Bangladesh
since 2013. I pursued a Master of Education (Cognitive psychology and
Research) at Flinders University with Endeavour Scholarship in 2018.
Previously, I completed a Master of Education (Educational Psychology)
from the Institute of Education and Research, University of Dhaka,
Bangladesh in 2010; the Bachelor of Science Education from the same
institute in 2008. I am one of the founder members of fLTR (The
foundation for Learning, Teaching and Research), a general member of
Fakir Memorial Foundation and Golden Key International Honor Society.
Educational technology, blended education and development, emotional
intelligence and cognition my major areas of research.

Career Objective My objective is to be a versatile and energetic person managing challenges


in the workplace through my talents, skills, competencies, and creativity.
My vision is to achieve the organizational goal along with to obtain an
inventive, progressive, and specialized experience in educational research
and technology.
