To be a true entrepreneur we should have leadership skills, which the owner can apply to his/her
employees in handling them with their works. Everyone has strength that serves as our guide and a
weakness that should be develop. An entrepreneur should know how to manage a business,
addressing his/her problems and know to crab an opportunity because it will have great impact to
the business. Taking a risk is not an easy process because we don’t have any assurance that we
success or fail and the business is contingent. We have to take a risk weather it is about the product,
place or people because opportunity only comes once that’s why we have to take a risk and crab this
change. We also have to learn how to turn a problem to be an opportunity. We also have to focus on
the 4Ps because it is important and makes the business run.
In addressing a problem within the business, the owner should conduct a meeting to be able to talk
the conflicts, misunderstanding and complains. The owner and employee need to be communicate
to have a good relationship to have a strong bond but also to the customers to be loyal and also to
the supplier of goods. And it’s much better if the business helps our economy like the raw material
that needed to the product and services is came from our economy, we should use local product not
the imported once so we can also help our economy to develop and became successful. Every
business has its own problem and its common, we cannot control it but we can solve it. In
encountering a problem or failure, we should manage it positively because through this way we can
lessen the burden that the problem gives us and just focus on the solution. An entrepreneur has
great power, comes great responsibility.
