    The reason for your termination is job abandonment or due to employee does not
    let your immediate head know that they will no be at work (no show) for almost 1
    week from June 01 up to present.
    We are terminating your employment due to the ff. reasons:
     Failure to inform your supervisor of your absences.
     Abandonment of assigned work.
     No show at work for almost a week without notice.
    We have exerted all efforts to communicate with you and asked for considerable
    justification for your infraction but you failed to submit a written explanation.
    In view of these circumstances, we have no alternative but to dismiss you
    immediately.
