NEWBORNPOSING.com by Kelly Brown • BACK POSES FOR NEWBORNS – LOOK BOOK 2
This e-book is filled with inspiration, posing ideas and tips on how to achieve
and capture a newborn, posed on their back, safely and beautifully.
POSING BAG
Make sure your posing bag is nice and firm but still allows
for a well in the middle.
Layer your posing bag with multiple blankets. This will reduce
the appearance of the supports that you position underneath
the baby to keep them nice and secure.

Place the baby gently, on their back, in the well of your posing
bag or prop.
Placing a support under the top of the baby’s head will bring
the chin gently toward the chest if need be.

Turn the baby’s hips gently to the side towards the light, so
they’re not flat on their back.
Placing a support under the bottom will help curl them up.
WR APPING
VA R I E T Y
With every session always be prepared to work with the baby and
what they’re comfortable with. Never force them into a pose.
