General Instructions
1. Students should attempt the test ONLY in the laptop/desktop with 3rd eye enabled
and Secure Exam Application (SEA) installed.
2. They should use a camera enabled mobile phone for a Third Eye login.
3. For the smooth attempt of the online test, Students are advised to:
a. Sit in a closed room having enough light for Camera to detect himself/herself.
Make sure that you sit facing the light during the examination and the light
should fall on your face for capturing the photo during equipment check. Do
not sit against or near the window.
b. Please make sure that there is no noise around you during the examination,
otherwise Artificial Intelligence (AI) will detect and warn you for the same.
c. Position the device in such a way that the front camera captures your face
properly and you can sit for at least 2 hours to take up the test conveniently
without moving the device.
d. If your device is using a Wi-fi router, make sure to sit near the Wi-fi
Router/Modem to avoid any signal related issues.
e. Keep an additional phone (other than the two devices on which test is being
taken) and help desk number handy for the duration of the test to call for
help, if required.
4. The student should login into the portal 45 minutes before the commencement of
the test.
5. Total duration of the test is 115 minutes. Aptitude (Part-A) (40 minutes) and core
subjects (Part-B) (75 minutes).
6. After 40 minutes, PartA will be disabled and the system will automatically move to
Part B.
7. There is NEGATIVE marking for incorrect responses.
8. For the Forenoon session, test timings are 10.00am-12 Noon and the Afternoon
session, 2.30 pm-to 4.30 pm.
9. Students must login before 45 minutes of chosen slot time, to prepare their device
environment; if there is any query, they can contact the Help Desk.
10. The clock will be set at the server. The countdown timer in the top right corner of
the screen will display the remaining time available for you to complete the test.
11. The following activities are NOT permitted during the conduct of online test:
a. Presence of any other person in the room where the student is taking test.
b. Movement from one place to another during the test.
c. Physical calculators are not allowed and the students can use the calculator
available in the test portal.
12. Use of rough papers is allowed subject to inspection by the online proctor.

Please note any malpractice (in any form) will lead to immediate termination of the test and
cancellation of candidature.
Test Environment
1) Be in a quiet room protected from external noise/ disturbances from household
activities.
2) Ensure you have a space where the presence of other persons is nil or minimum.
3) Cars/ moving spaces should be avoided due to unstable network connectivity/ video
feed.
4) Wear comfortable clothes and if needed, wear transparent and non-
reflecting spectacles. Shades/ Dark glasses are not permitted. The entire test
sessions are recorded so dress up properly.
5) Make sure your entire face is visible throughout the test. Hijab can be worn but
your entire face must be visible.
6) You can wear a mask for protection after showing your full face at the time of
registration and should remove the mask at intervals and when you are
prompted,
7) For hydration, keep a water bottle at your reach but ensure that devices are
safe from spilled water.
8) Complete your ablutions since there are no breaks for rest room.
9) Use the wall as a background so that there is no backlight and enough light on
your face. Do not put any light behind you which blinds the camera of devices.
10) Use a stand / object to keep the secondary device near you in the indicated
position so that the laptop, you, table are completely covered.
11) Keep your ID proof (School ID Card/ Govt. issued ID) nearby to show when asked.
12) Keep some blank papers, pencils, pen on the table for rough work. Calculators/
tables are NOT permitted.
13) Please remove all reading materials like books/ notes/ etc. from the table you are
using.
14) Ensure there are no objects behind you and other persons may in the camera
vision of both devices.
15) Once you log-in, do not move away from the field view of primary as well as
secondary device. Proctor will check on you or AI will record your movement even
though it is not announced to you.
16) The students should sit in front of the laptop and covered by secondary device
for the entire duration of the test.
17) The proctor will ask you to move your mobile all around the room and
around the primary device. Ensure that you oblige. Not obliging may result in
disqualification.
18) Any attempt to impersonation / use of any unfair means will result in the
disqualification and the decision of the Institute is final.
