Responsibilities:
Maintains SLA, ensures response with timeframe and manages all available services.
Installs, configures, upgrades, monitors and supervises all data center solutions. and monitors software
and hardware in the data Center.
Plans installation and testing of new systems.
Ensures systems' availability, following high availability and backup standards.
Maintains backup verification to ensure reliability of systems and user data backup.
Maintains reliable system performance through active monitoring of error logs and user-reported
systems issues.
Documents current systems infrastructure and create documentation for new implementations.
Manage data center servers, SAN, and NAS storage administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree of computer science or any related field of studies.
5+ years of relevant experience.
