    AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
    I, JEANKEE TIGSON-DEZA, of legal age, Filipino, residing at Phase
    1, #24 Jalandoni St. AFPOVAI, Taguig City, Philippines, after
    having duly sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby depose
    and say that:
    1. I am the complainant in the Criminal Case of Unjust Vexation
    with docket no: XV-16-INV22L01159, pending before the
    Prosecutor’s Office at Taguig City, Philippines.
    2. In connection with the foregoing criminal case, we were able to
    communicate with each other and have come to an amicable
    settlement regarding the subject matter of the same.
    3. Since, I realized that we are still family and had thought of
    this for a long time, I am no longer interested in pursuing a
    criminal case against my uncle, JOSE LENY U. TIGSON.
    4. That I am now desisting in the further prosecution of this case
    against JOSE LENY U. TIGSON and praying unto this
    Honorable Office that the case against him may be dismissed.
    5. This affidavit is being executed by me, of my own free will and
    volition, for the purpose of seeking a dismissal of any pending
    claim or signifying my intention to desist from further
    prosecuting my Uncle.
    6. This Affidavit of Desistance should, however, not be
    understood as a waiver or relinquishment of my rights to
    pursue any legal action that I may file in connection with any
    act or omission that the accused may commit in the future.
    7. I am executing this Affidavit of Desistance to attest to the
    truth of the foregoing statements and respectfully pray that
    the aforementioned case against JOSE LENY U. TIGSON be
    withdrawn and/or dismissed.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
