    The State Government has acCorded Administrative approval for the work of SRSP - GVC-1
    Package - XI- Reconstruction repairs and Restoration of existingstructures and canal lining
    of sub-distributories and D2,D3, D4, D3-R and D3- LI of Laxmi Canal, Balkonda Mandal of
    Nizamabad District for Rs.2044.00 lakhs vide reference 1 cited. Later on the technical sanction
    accorded by the Administrator - cum - Chief Engineer for Rs.1745.00 lakhs vide reference 2 cited.
    The above work was entrusted to M/s. BnB Infracon India pvt Limited, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad-73
    vide reference 3rd cited for contract value of Rs.13,23,73,300-03 (-) 9.63% less over the ECV with
    stipulation to complete the work within (9) months from the date of agreement.
    During the execution of works certain inevitable deviations occurred as per site conditions
    which are not covered under the approved Deviation Staterment No.1 under reference 5th cited. The
    Dy.Executive Engineer concerned is submitted the Deviation Statement No.2 proposals vide reference
    6th cited.

    Now I am herewith submitting the Deviation Statement No.2 with all the provisions necessary
    as per the latest site conditions for approval.

    The report accompanying the Deviation Statement No.2 will explain the provisions made
    therein.
    Hence, Irequest the Superintending Engineer, Irrigation Circle, Armoor to kindly obtain the
    approval tothe Deviation Statement No.2 from competent authority at an earliest.
