PATHRARI, TEHSIL MANESAR, DISTT. GURUGRAM (AADHAR NO. 8425 6021
3573) (Hereinafter called the First Party/Landlord).
AND
WHERE AS THE FIRST PARTY is the lawful owner in possession of a two room set at 172,
BHULLAN PATI, PATHRARI, TEHSIL MANESAR, DISTT. GURUGRAM ( Hereinafter
referred to as THE SAID PROPERTY)
WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY has agreed to let out the said property to the SECOND PARTY
and the SECOND PARTY has agreed to take on rent.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:
1. That the tenancy of the above premises shall commence from 01.03.2023 to 29.02.2024
for the period of 11 Months from the date of tenancy.
2. That the lease term can be renewed if mutually agreed between the LEASOR AND
LESSEE on the fresh terms and conditions.
3. That the LESSEE shall pay to the LESSOR a monthly rent of Rs 12,000/- (Rupees
Twelve thousand only) before 10th Day of each English calendar month.
4. That the LESSEE shall bear the cost of electricity and water as consumed by the LESSEE
according to the bills received.
5. That day to day repair such as fuses, leakage of water, breakage of glass panes, taps,
switches etc. have to be done by the LESSEE at his own cost.
6. That the LESSEE shall use the property exclusively for official/ commercial/ residential
PURPOSE and shall not sublet property without the written permission of the LESSOR.
7. That the LESSEE shall not do or cause to be done any act or activities of illegal, immoral
or unsocial nature in the said premises and also not create any nuisance of the
neighborhood in any manner whatsoever.
8. That the period of eleven Months the second party will vacate the tenancy premises
within stipulated period to the first partly. If for any reason whatsoever vacant possession
of the tenancy premises is not given within time the possession will be illegal and shall be
liable to legal and/or police action.
