    Greetings!

    Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 187, dated April 28, 2023, entitled “Shifting to
    Distance Learning Modalities in Times of Extreme Heat”, may I request your office for the
    shifting of teaching modality in our school, Narciso R. Ramos Elementary School SPED
    Center, Asingan District I, Asingan, Pangasinan, from Face-to-face Classes to Blended
    Learning Modality, In-Person in the morning and Modular Distance Learning in the afternoon
    from May 2, 2023 to May 12, 2023 due to the following reasons, to wit:

    1. Extreme heat is mostly felt between 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.


    2. To protect the well-being of our learners and teachers from the extremely high
    temperatures.
    3. Due to lack of facilities in the classrooms to provide sufficient ventilation and
    convenience.

    Attached here is the proposed schedule of learning areas in both in-person classes and
    modular distance learning for your perusal.

    I am hoping that the above requests merit your consideration and approval.
