Dear Sir/ Madam,

Further to the intimation made to the stock exchanges dated 2 May 2023 provided by Indostar Capital
and Everstone Capital Partners II LLC, members of the promoter and promoter group of the Company
(collectively referred to as the “Selling Shareholders”), we wish to inform you that the Selling
Shareholders have completed the sale of 1,93,40,000 equity shares of the Company, representing
14.21% of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company through an Offer for Sale through the
stock exchanges on 3 May 2023 and 4 May 2023.

Pursuant to the same, the public shareholding in the Company has increased from 10.79% to 25.00%.
Accordingly, the Company is now in compliance with the minimum public shareholding requirements
under Regulation 38 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The shareholding pattern of the Company as on 5 May 2023 is enclosed herewith for your perusal and
reference.
