To develop this class on grammar, we had to resort to the MET 2 course,
and we were afraid to present. Also, this month we had to work in pairs,
which made it a bit complicated. So I am going to share a reflection on my
preparation and performance before and during the presentation.
Before we started giving the mini-demonstration in class, my partner and I
agreed on which grammar would be the ideal one to present, we chose
Simple Present. Afterwards, we divided our parts and it was a bit difficult
for me because my partner studies at the university and sometimes I had
to write to her so that she would send me her part and I would put it and
modify it in the PPT.
During the mini demo, I was worried because my computer was very hot
and I was afraid that it would shut down in the middle of the presentation,
fortunately it did not. I was also worried about the time, I wanted it to be
enough for the Kahoot. Fortunately, everything went well.
In conclusion, although this mini demo was a bit complicated because it
was about grammar, I think my partner and I did well. Besides, we know
we had mistaken, and thanks to the teacher's feedback we will be able to
correct them to have a more successful class.

To develop the second presentation, the trainer let us choose the topic of
our choice, but with the condition that the topic must be grammar. So my
partner and I chose Like to VS. Would like to.
Before we started to do the demonstration in class, my partner and I
agreed on which grammar would be the ideal one to present, we chose
Like to VS. Would like to. Afterwards, we agreed that she would send me
the information, and I put it in the PPT, I supported her in that aspect
because she studies at the university and she was in final exams, so in
order not to fill her with more work, I did everything myself.
During the mini demo, I was worried because my computer was very hot
and I was afraid it would shut down in the middle of the presentation,
fortunately it did not. I was also worried about the time, I wanted it to be
enough for the Kahoot. Fortunately, everything went well.
In conclusion, this demonstration was not as complicated as the previous
one because we already had experience, I think my partner and I did well.
Besides, we know that we had made mistakes, and thanks to the teacher's
feedback we will be able to correct them to have a more successful class.
This month is the penultimate month that I am studying methodology, I
am a little excited because I have one month left to finish. At the
beginning, I thought that all these six months would be complicated, but it
was not. However, every time I present I am feeling more comfortable and
less nervous.
I have been able to learn new skills such as how to use a timeline and how
to correct. Also, we have learned how to take tests and how we can use
the dictionary in class and much more. Although I would have preferred
these classes to be face-to-face, I still wouldn't have been able to stand it,
because with my other career, I would die.
Speaking of theory, I am fascinated by how the book is organized as it
gives us several examples, definitions and various tactics to work with
students and how to teach, and so on. In addition, I consider that the
material provided by the instructor helped us a lot because it has been like
a complement for us. Talking about the practice, I consider that we did an
excellent job with our mini demo and with our demonstration class.
To conclude, I think that all the materials that we have been given this
month have been of great help for our learning process. I feel very happy
because every month I am learning new strategies to teach better and
because I am gaining more and more confidence.
