ELECTRICAL HOIST SERIES

APPLICATIONS:
Electrical Hoist including Electrical Chain Hoist and an Electrical Wire Hoist is new
lifting equipment compared with the traditional manual hoist which is operated
by electrical power.
It is widely used in industries, factories for molding, machinery manufacturing,
warehousing, transportation, roads, shipbuilding, and bridge construction, etc. It is
specially used for workshops for loading and unloading heavy items. It attests to be
e active equipment that can improve working conditions and enhance labor efficiency.
It can be attached to a trolley of any type such as a monorail overhead
and JIB Crane to be used in di erent working conditions.
ELECTRICAL WIRE ROPE HOIST

Model CD1, MD1 Electric Wire Hoist is a small-sized
lifting equipment, which can be mounted on
single beam, bridge, gantry and arm cranes.
With a slight Modi cation, it can also be used as a winch.
It is widely used in factories, mines, harbours, warehouses

cargo storage areas and shops, essentials in raising working
e ciency and improving working conditions.
Model CD1 Electric Hoist has only normal speed, which can satisfy
normal application.
Model MD1 Electric Hoist provides two speeds:

Normal speed and low speed.
At a low speed, it can do precise loading and unloading, mounding of sand box,
maintenance of machine tools, etc.

PALLET TRUCK
The most standard and popular model with capacity 2000, 2500, 3000 and 5000kg.
Material: 4mm alloy steel plate makes strength 6 times higher than mild steel material.
Wheels: PU wheel is heavy with little noise, more applicable for indoor use withsmooth
ground. Nylon wheel is more applicable for rough ground of outdoor.

One piece pump design provides oil leak-proof and eliminate maintenance and extend
and service time.
30mm hand grip size with ergonomic rubber wrap is more strong and comfortable for

capacity stripes on the sling (each stripe is equale to 1 ton capacity).

Wires are the basic building blocks of a wire rope. They lay around
a “center” in a special ed pattern in one or more layers to form a
strand. The strands are helically laid together around a center,
typically some type of core, to form a wire rope.
The strands provide all the tensile strength of a fiber core rope
and over 90% of the strength of a typical 6-strand wire rope with
an independent wire rope core.
Properties like fatigue resistance and resistance to abrasion are
directly a ected by the design of strands. In most strands with
two or more layers of wires, inner layers support outer layers in
such a manner that all wires may slide and adjust freely when the
rope bends.
As a general rule, a rope that has strands made up of a few large
wires will be more abrasion-resistant and less fatigue resistant
then a rope of the same size made up of strands with many
smaller wires.
