    To our valued Barangay Captain,

          We, the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP), initiated an activity entitled
    “Call of the YOUth” in our barangay on the 18th-20th of February at covered court. This activity
    aims to foster friendship among participants and to develop their leadership abilities. A total of
    80 people are expected to attend and fully vaccinated. 60 people from barangay TayTay and 20
    people from another barangay who are our guests.

    However, without your permission, we will not be able to carry out the project. As a result, we're
    humbly requesting permission to make this one a successful event. Rest assured that we will
    strictly follow the minimum health protocols — wearing of face masks, applying alcohol, etc.

    May you, your family, and staff be safe always. Thank you!
