    I hereby certify that the abovementioned landholdings are fully


    documented and evaluated based on required documents for
    landholding for acquisition and distribution and found to be alienable
    and disposable, have no technical problem and have not been
    subjected to same type of survey as requested to date. It is therefore
    recommended that survey services for these landholdings be
    approved.
