IMPLAN
NAG-HPG (RHPU 2) Ride for a Cause 2023
I. REFERENCE
NAG-HPG Ride for a Cause. "To Support the National Advisory Group's
project to provide safety gears for HPG personnel".
II. SITUATION
This pertains to the NAG-HPG Ride for a Cause with the theme "Sama-
samang Paglalakbay na may Pagkakaisa" which is to be conducted
simultaneously in all RHPUs nationwide. This is an outreach activity that will be
held on June 18, 2023. Said event intended to raise funds to support the NAG-
HPG project to provide safety gears for HPG personnel. The activity will be
participated by motorcycle riders from both uniformed personnel and civilian rider
enthusiasts using either small bikes or High-Performance Motorcycle.
III. MISSION
The NAG-HPG (RHPU 2), concurrent with its mission and functions shall
conduct a socio-civic endeavor to nurture goodwill, strengthen ties within our local
riders' community, and generate funds to support the NAG's project to provide
safety gear for HPG personnel. Likewise, this event holds significant importance in
promoting road safety and community engagement among motorcycle enthusiasts,
provide overall security and security to all participating individuals which will
include mobile & motorcycle traffic assistance for the event.
IV. EXECUTION

1) Deputy Chief

b) Coordinate with the LGUs and RAG involved for the success of the
said event;
c) Issue detail order to the C, PCR Section to act as the OPR of the
activity and all other committees involved;
g) Prepare program for the event in coordination with the PCR Section;
h) Request for the availability of Ambulance to Isabela Provincial
Health Service to provide medical assistance;
3) Intelligence Section
a) Prepare IMPLAN for the NAG- HPG (RPHU 2) Ride for a Cause
2023;
d) Monitor the situation reports of the PHPTs every two (2) hours upon
the commencement until the culmination of the activity;
5) Logistics Section
c) Coordinate with FMD for the tokens that will be given to all
contributors;
6) Finance Section
7) PCR Section
f) Submit a tarpaulin design and layout to PCRS for all the sponsors of
the activity;
8) Investigation Section
a) Monitor any road crash incidents involving rider participants during
the said activity;
9) RESPO
b) Ensure the coordination with the territorial police units within their
AOR and LGUs concerned;
d) Coordinate with the PCR section for the Opening Program of the
activity;
e) Conduct briefing among the rider participants about the traffic road
safety particularly the speed limit of 80 kph including the purpose and
objective of the said activity;
V. COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS:
f. Conduct briefing to all rider participants on road safety and security prior to
dispatch;
g. PHPTs must ensure coordination with the LGU and local police for the activity;
and
