C. ANALYSIS OF THE PLOT ELEMENTS
1. EXPOSITION : Since Vince and Kath, who were now established in the US, left
him behind, James (Ronnie Alonte), has not been himself. James was sent to the
province to cool off at the Ows Hostel, a beach resort owned by his grandmother
Lola O (Odette Khan), after becoming involved in a basketball game altercation.
Pat, the assistant manager (Loisa Andalio), was left in charge of him there. She
was a cheerful, independent young lady who was still reeling from her breakup
with ex-boyfriend Dave (Donnie Pangilinan), the wealthy mayor's son, who was
now returning and pleading with her for forgiveness.
2. RISING ACTION : Although they don't get along, Pat is obliged to cooperate with
James to avoid Pat at all costs when her ex-boyfriend Dave (Donny Pangilinan)
shows up at the hostel. As Dave makes an effort to make peace with Pat, the two
become closer to one another as they get to know one another better.
3. CLIMAX : The romantic rivalry was between the affluent youngster Miguel (Rico),
who Dave associated with, and the bad guy Ryan (Diether), with whom James
identified. During a movie night at the resort, a portion of the vintage movie was
screened as the "real-life" love triangle talked about the "on-screen" love
triangle.
4. FALLING ACTION : James thought that he’s not the one who will be chosen by
Pat. He thinks that Pat will choose Dave but the truth is Pat will choose him.
James decided to go to other country and leave Pat and Dave so that no one will
disturb them.
5. RESOLUTION : James realized everything. He didn’t continue his flight and
decided to bring Pat back to him. He did everything, made an effort to Pat just to
forgive him. Pat forgive James and they become in a real relationship. At last,
Dave also found the right girl for him.

movie more understandable. The movie is easy to understand because of the
dialogue. Some dialogue are in text style but it was still shown in the movie.
4. Colors of the movie are very appropriate too. Specially when the scene is at
the beach, the color is light and it was beautiful to watch. Sounds are also
good. Everything is perfect in this movie.
5. Mood is appropriate too. Calmness will always be at the movie. Funny
moments and scene can also be seen. Sometimes there are seen of dramas
too.

it was good.
7. Symbols were unique. Every symbols you’ll see has no similar and it was
different from the other symbols.
F. CONCLUSION
1. In this movie, love is really unpredictable. We can’t say that he can be the
last and we can’t say that he will stay forever. Sometimes love is like a game,
you may win but sometimes you may lose. I learned that all we need is just
to wait for the best and the right one because as we all know, the right one
will stay forever and never leave us and s/he will trust us, take care of us and
love us. Everything has a perfect time, we just need to wait for God’s plan.
