24v POWER SUPPLY WIRE GOES TO DLR RELAY.THIS
DLR RELAY IS SWITCHED ON WHEN CNC CONTROL IS ENABLE POWERED UP. THIS SWITCHES THE 24v SUPPLY TO + - THE CNC CONTROL. IF THE CONTROL FAILS AND THE WATCHDOG TRIPS THEN THE RELAY WILL SWITCH OFF AND THE CNC WILL LOSE 24v SUPPLY WHICH WILL SHUT THE MACHINE DOWN VIA THE ORIGINAL ESTOP CHAIN. THE CONTROL MONITORS THE RELAY 24V VIA TB2-11 WHICH IS A 24v PNP SIGNAL. PSU WHEN THE CNC SOFTWARE RUNS, A 24v OUTPUT IS (33A) CNC (33) ENABLED (TB6-14) WHICH IS WIRE 32. THIS IS THE WDOG TB3-12 START OF THE EMERGENCY STOP CHAIN WHICH IS IN (90) SERIES THROUGH WIRES : 32,34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46 AND 47 (END)
IF THE E-STOP CHAIN IS CLEAR, THE EIR RELAY IS
ENABLED AND THE MACHINE CAN BE POWERED ON USING THE POWER ON BUTTON (BLUE). THIS LATCHES THE RR RELAY AND THE HYDRAULICS, TURRET AND AXES ARE ENABLED AS LONG AS THE E-STOP RE- MAINS CLEAR.
