4 STEEL REINFORCEMENT

Providing Cutting Bending and Fixing Grade 60 Deformed

Bars Conforming to ASTM A615 hot rolled and should be
free from corrosion, loose rust scales, oil, grease, paint,
etc. including, wastage, unspecified laps, steel chairs,
rolling marging, binding wire, etc., complete in all
respect as per drawings, specifications and to the
approval of the Engineer – in –charge. The steel bar
should be round and capable of being bent without
fracture. Bars should be hooked and bent accurately and
placed in position as per design and drawing and bound
together tight with 16 SWG annealed steel wire at their
point of intersection. Bars should be bent cold by
applying gradual and even motion. complete upto any
floor and any height. (unspecified Overlaps and chairs
not to be paid). Bar Bending Schedules along with shop
drawings to be submitted prior to execution.
