The name of our product is Tuteur protective film which is a product/service innovation.
Our product is made up of Lead. The high density of lead (11.34 grams per centimeter) makes it
a useful shield against X-ray and gamma-ray radiation. Our product can minimize the radiation
of a gadget. It is also compatible to any cellphones and computers. Functional Fidelity
From our Business Model Canvas, we can see that we want our customer to have their little
money spent be worthy. We want them to have a quality product with a low price but high-
quality value. We can also see that based on our customer relationship, we can do service via
personal or online. Customers can either visit our branch or simply look for our website on the
internet. On the other side, key partnerships, key activities, and key resources share the same
thing, marketing. Marketing would be our key point. Aside from our sales and marketing team,
key partners in business and our local distributors.
Key Partners:

lead alternatives materials options, we offer design & consultation and will bring turn-key
solutions to your radiation shielding challenges. Which is why we decided to partner up with
them because they can provide us with the materials to make our product.
Zeelot-Zeelot's technology is designed to absorb and distribute the shock of an impact.
Zeelot started with military-grade standard and have forged our own path developing new
technologies, proprietary adhesives, and more. We are here to change the way you think about
protecting your screen. Which is why we decided to partner up with them because they can help
us make our product.
Key Activities:
To develop our product, we need to generate ideas. This is the stage where a business
sources for ideas regarding a new product. Second is Screening, this is the stage where generated
ideas must go through a screening process to filter out the viable ones. Third stage is where the
enterprise undertakes research to find out the potential costs, revenues and profits arising from
the product. Fourth stage is where Development commences with the manufacture of a prototype
that facilitates market testing. Fifth stage is favorable results in the development stage precede
large-scale production and commercialization.
Our products are purchasable in Mercury drugstores; Watsons and our products are also
purchasable on our website for an affordable price. To promote our product, we created flyers.
To know if we need to do some changes on our product, we conducted an online and face to face
survey for our customers’ opinion about our product.
Key Resources:
Since our product is partially made up of lead which consist of a high density of lead
(11.34 grams per centimeter) makes it a useful shield against X-ray and gamma-ray radiation, we
relied on our partners to provide us with that material to create our product. Since we intend to
further develop our business, we borrowed funds from the bank to further create our product.
Value Proposition:
Protective film is a product/service innovation. This is clear and transparent. It’s like
using a glass protector with an anti-radiation effect on it. In today’s generation where cellphones
and other gadgets like computer, laptop and cellphones are considered necessities, people have
no choice but to stare at their screens, not knowing how much radiation their eyes are receiving
for that duration. Radiation causing headaches, dizziness and even damages our eyes. We can’t
get rid of that for sure, but we can minimize the damage that radiation cause us by producing this
Protective Film. People should buy/avail our product because almost all people have cellphones,
laptops and computers. It is also a way to lessen the chance of having a headache and dizziness.
Cost Structure:
The average fee for renting an apartment is ranging at 7,000 pesos– 10,000 pesos
depending on how spacious the room is. The apartment we rented the whole year cost PHP
89,376. The cost of the apartment per month is $155/7,448 PHP then multiplied by 12 months,
which gives us the total PHP 89,376. The materials we used cost 98.03 PHP for 1kg of lead. If
we order 1,000 kg of lead which cost PHP 98,025.39 with a shipment fee of PHP 500. We
teamed up with manufacturers to help us create our product. The advertising fee to expose our
product was PHP 432,787.50. The delivering vehicle cost PHP 1,442,850. The furniture’s,
gasoline and other minor necessities cost PHP 36,000.
The labor cost was (PHP 3,529.39 per hour x 30 days) PHP 105,881.7. The cost to
produce 5,000 products is (PHP 384.41 x 5,000) PHP 1,922,050. The overall cost we invested
was PHP 4,127,470.59. For our employees, we decided to give them a payment of PHP 5,000 per
month.
Revenue Streams:
It can help focus on digital marketing, Strong communication can take your business to
the next level, get social media and more tips. Revenue is earned from either collecting out-of-
pocket payments from patients; filing a claim with private insurance companies and being paid
via reimbursements; or billing the government, in the case of Medicare and Medicaid. Since our
product has high quality materials and an affordable price, our customers with have no regrets
buying our product.
Customer Relationships:
We are giving Senior Citizens 25%percent discounts. We are also giving 15% discounts
for students with ID. We also have our own website where customers can order online with free
delivery. We also conduct a survey for opinions on our product. As an entrepreneur, we would
love to hear our customer's opinions and satisfactory rate. That would make us strive more and
make our products better.
Channel:
Our products can be purchased in every Mercury Drug Stores, Watsons or you can order
online on our website. We would also try to make it available in other stores for the customers to
avail it whenever and wherever they are. Plus, we will make our online transactions safe and fast
for people to loves buying online.
Customer Segments:
Our target customers are everyone, either he/she is a foreigner, old woman, teen, parents,
and even children. Since we live in a world where technology is often used our target customers
are everyone. We will also make our affordable so anyone can really afford it. Affordable but
durable, that would be our motto.
Blue Ocean Strategy
As we can see in the chart there are five factors of competion. First is the quality, A
quality product creates unshakeable customer loyalty that generates increased leads. When
customers find a product they trust, they return, make repeat purchases, and recommend the
product or service to others. Another factors of competition is the Price.Pricing is important since
it defines the value that our product are worth for us to make and for our customers to use. It is
the tangible price point to let customers know whether it is worth their time and investment.
When it comes to a product customers want to how the product will last or can it be durable.
Durable products and materials will not need to be replaced or repaired as frequently, so the raw
materials, energy, and environmental impacts invested in them can be spread out over more time.
Next is the transparency of our product, A transparent (matte) finish absorbs light so it will not
be shiny when light hits it but will still appear very clear. Last but not the least is the easy
installation of the product. Not all customers have the patience in putting a film in their gadgets.
This is another a factor of competion in the market.
We rate our product Tuteur and our competitors product Esteem Healthcare’s Anti-
radiation by overviewing the products at the same time. Quality for tuteur is 8 versus 7 of Esteem
Healthcare’s Anti-radiation because our product is more efficient than our competitors product.
For the Price for tuteur is 7 versus 8 of Esteem Healthcare’s Anti-radiation because as we
reviewed our competitors product their product is more cheaper than our own product. As for us
we tend not sell cheap because the raw materials are bit expensive. Durability for tuteur is 8
versus 9 of Esteem Healthcare’s Anti-radiation because our competitors raw material is way
different from ours and it has more environmental impact that our product. The transparency for
tuteur is 9 versus 8 of Esteem Healthcare’s Anti-radiation because our product is more
transparent and clear. Easy Installation for tuteur is 7 versus 8 of Esteem Healthcare’s Anti-
radiation because our competitors product is easy to install and doesn’t need to wipes to apply as
for us we need have to be carefull when putting it on the phone.
Design Thinking
The idea of having a protective film is to implement protection towards gadget screens and to
prevent screen damage being caused on accidents. The targets of this product are mostly gadget
users, and the production rate of this product is actually very high to the point that the price
became affordable to every user. So far, according to research, the feedback of almost 90% of
users prefers using their gadgets with protective films for them to secure their gadgets.
For us to make our own product we collaborate with each other. We used the method
Brainstorming. Calling a brainstorming session to generate new messaging ideas would be a
perfect way to start a writing process. As a team, we throw as many ideas as possible, and
slogans together and then refine them together to get a clear picture of the direction going
forward. We have a lot of ideas and suggestion, but we managed to choose the best and good
product for the industry of business.
Functional Fidelity
On our product if it is used in a phone, we are sure that our product will decrease the
radiation of a phone. And it will us not have headache or migraine.
Visual Fidelity
Our product’s main material is a chemical material called “Lead”. It is a heavy metal that
is denser than most common materials. Our product is based on the radiations coming out
from gadgets and how it can lessen the radiation to avoid harming human health.
Feature Fidelity
Our product is like a very thin screen protector that can be use in Android and IOS
phones. it’s like you are using it with a good benefit of it like reducing the phones
radiation.
