Coffee consistently shows to be the best beverage in society. This is

based on how it contributes to bettering social interactions, communications, and

relationships. Coffee shops that are open every day are great since they can

meet the requirements and tastes of the local populace (Jakle, 2002). The urge

to stay awake and alert for the most of the day is among the most important

reasons why people drink coffee. This serves as an example of why customers

choose coffee shops that are open around the clock in order to meet their

refreshment demands (Lewis, 2011).

Coffee shops serve as meeting places for a variety of people to discuss

both confidential and public topics. Such interactions can be social exchanges or

meetings, intimate relationships between partners, or interactions between a

girlfriend and a boyfriend. It is best to keep in mind that coffee is a factor or

component in bonding because it shows people's closeness and coziness with

one another and other parties. The majority of people rely on coffee for biological

reasons as well. It is excellent to acquire effective and efficient services while

drinking coffee, allowing one to save time and energy. (Balch, 2006)

In addition, coffee shops offer more than just social benefits; they also

make great places to work and study. progressively people decide to leave their

typical office to set up shop in a café for at least some of the working day as

food and service industry. The business takes its name from the connection

between the names of the proponents. The word “Arch” abbreviates “Archive”

that as the proponents’ café sells goods with hidden goodness in it that

proponents wants to be discovered by the customers. The “Con”, one the other

hand, shortens the term “Confection” which indicates sweetness. A well - located

coffee shop that is welcoming and offers the community a safe place to meet can

make all of the difference in the community. Furthermore, Since “Arch Con Café

by Chatalatine” offers an atmosphere of tranquillity, customers would really allow

themselves to be productive and unleash their creativity.

The company's ownership would be partnership since formal agreement

were made by four individuals to manage and operate the enterprise namely

Mitch Aguilar, Charisse De Mesa, Justine Hernandez, and Chrystal Mendoza.

They would divide ownership and management of their company. This company

will likely need to invest eight million pesos to get off the starting line. With four

owners and operators, this company is a partnership and there will be four

divisions of expected shared capital. As a result, each owner will contribute two

million pesos each.

The “Arch Con Café by Chatalatine” enterprise’s mission is to create a

well-equipped library café that will become the preferred choice for clients in and

around town. The vision is to provide a welcoming community area for book and

coffee enthusiasts of all ages in and around town. This company aspires to be

the best library café in the community, providing excellent service and exceeding

customer expectations.

Objectives of the Study

There are three essential key success aspects and actions that will help to

Arch Con Café's by ChaTalaTine aims being met. These factors include the

ability to choose the best location for customers to receive the highest level of

fulfilment and good treatment. To provide a warm environment where customers

can get good foods while keeping overhead expenses as low as possible,

service, and entertainment for a reasonable price. And to provide a peaceful

setting for work, hangouts, and especially for study.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION

The Arch Con Café by Chatalatine will be situated in Barangay Balayong, Bauan,

Batangas, along the National Highway. The ideal location was chosen given that

it is close to the highway, is easy to get to, and tends to draw passer-by, or even

tourists. Prospective clients for our business include all coffee lovers, students,

teachers, workers, passers-by, and bookworms. Basically, we don't set a

population cap for our establishment because our café is for everyone who

enjoys relaxing alone, with friends, or with family.

CHAPTER II

Product Description

Arch Con Café by Chatalatine offers many foods and coffees that

costumers would enjoy. There are different choices of food and coffee that would

be offered at the proposed business. One of these are CRAVINGS which offers

four different types of food. The proposed business offers five different types of

HOT COFFEES and seven different types of ICED COFFEES. Also, the products

that would be offered to customers are budget-friendly considering the fact that

the proponents are just starting up a business and also it is good for them to

afford it. Arch Con Café intends to establish their business in Barangay

Balayong, Bauan, Batangas, along the National Highway. Coffee shops have

become a popular social hub that provides a space for people to unwind and chat

with each other. These social interactions in coffee shops often create lasting

memories for customers, which drives them to come back for more and make

new friends in the process. The coffee shop experience has become an integral

part of the social fabric in the Philippines, providing a respite from the daily grind

and a space to connect with others. (Hills and Valley Coffee, 2022)

The product would be manufactured at the actual store's built-in

production area, presenting an image of wholesome, healthy food in an attractive

and clean environment. The floors would be vinyl, with ivory and white check

curtains and tablecloths. The logo sign would be large enough to be seen from

the street and would promote the Café's image. Comment cards will be placed at

each table and collected at the register. Suggestions for new or improved meals,

as well as input on service and the dining experience, will be solicited.

This provides the customers with a fascinating experience. The company

also plans to expand to other regions of Batangas province and the rest of the

country once it has achieved a level of success that allows it to do so. Moving on

these coffee shops serve as ideal meeting places for colleagues and business

partners, making them an integral part of the modern business culture in the

Philippines. It has become a cultural norm for Filipinos to schedule serious or

intimate discussions over a cup of coffee. This trend has helped to establish

coffee shops as a central part of the social fabric, not just in the workplace but in

everyday life. Passers-by is also a target market since there’s a possibility that

someone would be interested to enter the café because of its inviting look, and
