    BACKGROUND • Past medical history; hypothyroidism and anxiety, G5P4L3 ,
    High risk pregnancy due to her age.
    Patient’s primary diagnosis, date of • At 28 weeks' gestation received Rh immunoglobulin IM
    admission, current orders for patient • O negative blood type – First transfusion
    • Current orders include:
    o Synthroid 0.025 mcg PO Daily
    o Celexa 10 mg PO Daily
    o Ringers Lactate with 20 units of Oxytocin IV at 125
    ml/hr
    • Hemoglobin of 64 g/L post-partum hemorrhage – 1 unit
    ordered of PRBC
    ASSESSMENT • Appears pale
    • Hypotensive

    RECOMMENDATION • Transfusion stopped:
