1. Problem Statement :
Lack of people development program, Training program only conducted
by Jakarta head office.
Scope of Training mostly mentality & leadership, need more training
related to technical competency and process at each business units
Employee Competency is stagnant, that impact to low creativity and
innovative mind during work.
Every Customer/Buyer always check people development activity before
conducting audit. Training is very important for securing competent
workforce.
2. Mission Statement :
Set up a Learning Center for Korindo Papua that can independently run
by PPA internal trainers to continuously improve Employee Competency.
Developing Training Programs & Infrastructure to increase training
activities that will impact in upgrading the employee competency and
eventually strengthen the company’s productivity and competitiveness.

1. Lack of human resource to create PPA owned training programs

Preparing Full time experienced Training Manager and
Supervisor for PPA Learning & Innovation Center (2 person).
Strengthening Training Coordinator team and internal trainers for
each Business units and each location/Block (from internal PPA
or external) with sufficient training from Head office.
Making Clear Organization and Job description for all training
coordinators with sufficient training from Head office.
Developing independent and customized training programs to be
