business communication and marketing are
interconnected to understand this first I am going
to discuss what is business communication and
what is marketing.

Business communication
 Business communication involves the
exchange of information between individuals
or groups within or outside of an organization.
 It includes various types of
communication channels such as verbal,
written, and nonverbal communication.

The next topic is marketing


 Marketing Effective marketing involves
understanding the needs and wants of the
target market and developing a strategy to
meet those needs.
Some key objectives of effective marketing are
 Increase in sales
 Build brand awareness
 Expand market share
 Improvement in customer satisfaction

needs, wants, and preferences.

improve its performance and can earn more
profit

Business communication plays an important
role in integrating various marketing channels.
IMC aims to deliver a consistent brand
message with different communication
channels such as advertising, public relation,
social media, and direct messaging and
business communication ensures that the
messaging and branding remain consistent in
the organization.
