Background
Super Farm store is Located at 32 Mandeville Plaza, Mandeville, Manchester. The farm store has
a long history of producing high-quality agricultural products, including livestock dairy, and
crops, The farm store was founded in 2014 by a family of farmers who were passionate about
sustainable agriculture and community building.
According to Super Farm Store, because of severe weather, global trade interruptions, and
increased demand for biofuels, the farm has recently faced a chicken feed crisis. This shortage
has had a considerable effect on the surrounding area, making it difficult for small-scale chicken
farmers to locate economical and trustworthy sources of feed.
The situation of Super Farm Store has a significant impact on those who rely on chicken as a
source of protein, particularly those with lower incomes who may already be struggling to afford
basic necessities. This research

Methodology
In directing this research, the researchers decided to use two methods of data collection which
was questionnaire and observation. As stated by www.feedough.com"A questionnaire is a
research instrument used to gather statistical information on some subject to one or more
respondents". Seven (7) questionnaires with 7 questions, and 7 close-ended questions. The
questionnaire is used to gather valuable information, the questionnaire allows the researchers to
gather feedback from the respondents. This is so that the respondents will easily interpret the
question given. Although the questions were formed so the customers could easily answer the
question there were some limitations such as members of the group were unable to reach the
store before closing due to their closing hours, and most of the time not a lot of customers comes
to store in during the hours 4:00-5:00.
The researchers another method to collect additional data. This method is observation as stated
by research-methodology.net Observation is a method of gathering facts by observing.
The researchers created a checklist as it is an effective way to collect quantitative data. The
researchers tend to record activities within in the business in the checklist. The researchers were
unable to withstand control conducting due to customers
