    Checklist for Reinforcement checking

    1.0 Rebar check.
    1.1 Cleanliness, free from rust, mortar, grease, oil etc.
    1.2 Rebar dimensions (dia, length and shape) as per
    drawing.
    1.3 Spacing, number & length of bars.
    1.4 Rebars securely tightened/ bound by tie bars.
    1.5 Are the rebars vertical as per requirement.
    1.6 Are Link and stirrups provided as per drawing
    1.7 Splice length/location.
    1.8 Is bar bending schedule checked and attached.
    1.9 Are mechanical joint couplers and lap length
    placed at correct location and adequate length?
    2.0 Are the bars of abutment and return walls
    adequately supported against falling down during
    concreting?

    Note BBS to be attached with sign of contractor representative
