Version> in the message +RESP:GTDMR were reported in an abnormal probability after
the Configuration upgrade was successful.
31 Fixed a bug where the default value of <HEX Report Mask > was different with the
protocol when the command AT+GTUPD was re-read by the QMS server.

AT+GTUPD was sent from the backend server.
Note: In the case of upgrading firmware from A03 or below to A04 or above by FOTA, the backup
server related parameter <Backup Server IP / Domain Name> queried is empty, but the
configuration is not lost; In the case of upgrading firmware from A02 or below to A04 or above
by FOTA, the configuration of AT+GTCMD will be lost.
