    BOARD (LHB) ON FEBRUARY 18, 2022 IN THE, TEMPORARY MUNICIPAL HALL
    OF SULTAN DUMALONDONG AT 9:00 AM IN THE MORNING:

    Present:
    1. HON. JAMEL B. KURANGKING, LHB Chairman/Mun. Mayor
    2. DRA. NARIMAN L. TAHA, Vice-Chairwoman/Local Health Officer
    3. HON. JALILAH M. ABDULMADID , Committee on Health/ SB member
    4. CASMER A. MACAINDIG, DOH Representative
    5. ZENAB M. BACARAMAN, NGO Representative
    6. JASMNE K. DIMASANGKAY, District Supervisor

    PRELIMINARY MATTERS

    1. Calling the Meeting to order-The meeting of Local Health Board was called to
    order by the Honourable Mayor Jamel Bacaraman Kurangking at 9:17 in the
    morning.
    2. Opening Prayer was led by Hon. Langco A. Ramal and followed by the
    Singing of the National Anthem.
    3. Report of attendance- the head secretariat reported that based on the
    attendance every member of the Board was in attendance and the Council
    was in quorum.
    4. The minutes of the meeting for the previous month was then presented and
    then approved by the Chairman of the council.
    5. The floor was given to the Vice-chairman for presentation of the business of
    the day for the upcoming programs and activities.

    AGENDA DISCUSSION:

    1. Preparation for the Hearth Month 2022.

    The focal person presented the activity design for the celebration of
    hearth month, upon approval of the activity design it was agreed by the
    council that Celebration be held on February 24, 2022.

    2. Resbakuna Campaign for Senior citizen.

    The Council agreed that conduct of Resbakuna for Senior Citizen be
    administered inside their homes for safety purposes but it should at the presence
    of their guardian. It therefore would start on March 7, 2022.

    As there was no other concerned being raised and all agenda has been
    addressed, the next meeting was scheduled on March 18, 2022.

    The meeting was then adjourned at 11:51 am.
