    NOTE:-

    1. You need to report within 3 days after receiving the appointment letter otherwise it won’t be consider & this is
    temporary Appointment Letter, after completing the all Formalities & Documentation process you need to collect
    your Original Offer letter.
    2. You work under the guidelines of concerned Officials. Must follow the rules and regulations of the concerned
    Officials.
    3. In the event you engage directly or indirectly in illegal activity, you will be terminated from your position
    immediately.
    4. You need to submit your attendance abstract with concerned officer’s signature and submit within 5th of every
    month, failing which won’t be considered.
    5. Your EPF & ESI details need to be submitted within 10 days of joining the work. Otherwise we will not consider
    your employment in the company.
    6. As per the Work Order (Directorate of ESIS Medical Services, Bangalore) point No. 36 Granting 1 day rest leave
    per week to employees and 1 day Casual leave in month, not allowed to use the leave in the next month.
