Tangled
once upon a time,a long time ago,deep in the forest lived an evil witch.Mother Gothel,the evil witch
had a magical flower,that helped her hide her true age.The flower had great healing powers.
Not far from the forest, there was a kingdom.The queen is expecting a child for so long.But due to
unexpected complexities,she had endangered her own life as well as of her unborn baby.Now,in search
for something to save the queen’s life as well of the unborn baby,the soldiers found the flower Mother
Gothel had in her garden.
The flower was givin to the queen and the queen quickly recovered.Soon a baby princess was
welcomed.While celebrations enveloped the kingdom,Mother Gothel cried in agony upon finding “her”
flower being stolen.But soon,she heard that the daughter if the king held the same power as the
flower.It was the hair of the princess to be exact.She also came to know that if the hair was cutted the
golden hair turned brown and will lose it’s power.
So,she hatched a plan and implemented it too.She sneaked into the castle and stole the princess away in
the dead of the night.The poor infant princess was taken away to a high-walled tower,which was Mother
Gothel’s house.”She shall stay here,and help me disguise my age,FOREVER!”.Every year the king and
queen release the lanterns in the skies in hope of their lost daughter to come back home.
Rapunzel grew in the tower not knowing who she truly was until she met with an intruder.Flynn Rider, a
well-known thief enters Rapunzel’s tower to hide from getting caught by the Chief of the Royal
GuardBut he had not acticipated that he would be knocked out and being captured!When he woke
up,he found a girl with long beautiful golden locks staring at him.”Who are you?Why are you here?”
Flynn told Rapunzel that he ran away with a stolen royal crown.Before he could say anthing
else,Rapunzel began searching his things and discovers the crown.Unaware that it was her own crown
she cracks a deal with Flynn.Hiding the crown she says”You shall take me to see the lanterns and when
we return after the deal,I’ll return your crown.”
Flynn agreed hesitantly.Rapunzel said to Mother Gothel that she will see the lanterns on her eighteenth
birthday.But the news anrages Mother Gothel so she told Rapunzel to not go.Instead Mother Gothel
said she will bring a special paint for Rapunzel.
But Rapunzel had her eyes set on the lanterns.So she called Flynn and persuaded him to take her to the
lanterns.While they were on their way,they went into a pub called the Snuggly Duckling store.Mother
Gothel warned Rapunzel about such people but she finds the people in there nice peoples.The people in
the Sunggly Ducklings helped them escape when the royal guards came for Flynn.
Flynn reveals his real name,Eugene Fitzherbert as they were stuck in a cave full of water.Rapunzel also
reveals that her golden hair glows if she sings.In the end,Rapunzel’s hair save their lives.Back when
Rapunzel and Eugene were are at the Sunggly Ducklings,Mother Gothel spots Rapunzel and she felt
betrayed.
At night,Rapunzel and Eugene who just had gotten away from the broken dam,is resting below a big
tree.Somewhere deep in the forest,Mother Gothel met with the Stabbington siblings.She shows them
the crown and made a deal that if she gets Rapunzel,they can capture Eugene and take the crown.The
next day,Maximus,the lead royal house start dragging Eugene and tried to take him away.Rapunzel
wakes up and tells Maximus to let him go for one more day.
Finally arriving at the kingdom,they enjoy festivals and enjoying a night full of beautiful lanterns.While
Rapunzel was waiting for Eugene to bring the wood for the night,Mother Gothel sat beside Rapunzel and
told her that Eugene ran away.Rapunzel did’n believed at first but then she saw Eugene “running
away”.Mother Gothel and the Stabbington siblings teamed up and faked that Eugene left Rapunzel.
Mother Gothel betrays the Stabbington siblings by placing the crown in a noticeable place and ran with
Rapunzel.Soon the Stabbington siblings and Eugene got arrested.Eugene was sentenced to
death.Hearing this Eugenes friend from the Snuggly Ducklings help him to escape.While in the
tower,Rapunzel realizes that she was the lost princess and confronts Mother Gothel who got angry.
Maximus helps Eugene to reach the tower.Eugene climbs as fast as he could only to found Rapunzel in
chains.While he tries to save her,he got stabbed by Mother Gothel which led Rapunzel in
shock.Rapunzel begs Mother Gothel to save Eugene and agrees to live with her forever if she let’s her
heal Eugene.Mother Gothel agreed and chained Eugene as Rapunzel starts to sing to heal dying Eugene.
As Eugene was on the edge of life,he cuts Rapunzel’s hair,killing all it’s magic,including Mother Gothel.As
Rapunzel cries,a teardrop falls on Eugenes face.It turns out that her tears still have the healing powers
and slowly Eugene starts to come back to life.After that,they return back to the kingdom.The king and
queen was extremely happy as her long lost daughter came back.Eugene’s crimes are pardoned and the
kingdom celebrates the return of the princess.
