Canada – Geography
Canada is a travel destination much sought after by Brazilians, with its large
cities 
cosmopolitan and organized and it’s educated and welcoming residents, the
country has beauties very amazing and unique natural.

Mount Robson –

At 3,954 meters of altitude, this mountain is a remarkable view in the British


Columbia region. It’s in the Mount Robson Provincial Park, which has more than
2,000 square kilometers of mountains, blue lakes crystal clear, forests and
waterfalls. In the summer, it is possible to go hiking, rafting, mountain biking
and horseback riding, in addition to fishing, boating, swimming and playing golf.
Winter brings totally different possibilities, such as skiing.
Aurora Borealis in Whitehorse

Located in northwestern Canadian, the city of Whitehorse is an excellent place


to enjoy one of the greatest shows in nature: the aurora borealis. Visible in the
months of November to April, during the winter in the
Northern hemisphere, it’s a true show of lights and colors in the sky, capable of
leaving anyone speechless.

Moraine Lake

Do you want a perfect setting for photos? Lake Moraine is the right place.
Located in Banfi National Park, has turquoise blue water and is surrounded by
huge and snowy mountains. With five square kilometers of extension, it is
formed by glacial waters, that is, by the melting of the mountain glaciers. the
walk, it is possible to walk along the bank, ride a kayak or climb to a nearby
viewpoint to have a panoramic view.

Whistler

The Whistler mountains offer two things: passionate landscapes and a lot of
entertainment. In winter, are one of the main ski and snowboard destinations in
the country, ensuring a lot of snow, excellent infrastructure and a charming
village with restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs. In the summer, green
scenarios shelter opportunities to live adventures, such as mountain biking,
taking risks in zip lines, hiking, rafting, Stand up paddle and even bungee jump.

Niagara Falls

This true natural wonder could not be left out of the list. 130 kilometers from
Toronto and exactly on the border of Canada with the United States, this set of
waterfalls is absolutely stunning at any time of the year, even frozen! It is
possible to see them on a walking tour, but also on a helicopter flight or boat.

Abraham Lake (Alberta)

In the invemo, the temperature of this lake heats up to -30°C. However, that's
not what Abraham Lake does to be so famous. The bubbles formed inside the
lake are not water, but methane gas. The phenomenon it happen due to the
high amount of material in the floor of the space. The place is open and visitors
can walk on the frozen water. Extra care is always recommended, since the gas
is highly flammable.

Western Brook Pond (New Land and Labrador)

The Western Brook Pond is inside the Gros Morne National Park. Getting to the
place is already a small one adventure: you have to drive eight hours from St.
John's, the largest city on the island, after two more hours of walk to reach the
boats that lead to the extensive green area. But all the effort is worth it. There it
is covered by blue waters, waterfalls and giant rocks of thousands of years

Fundi Bay (New Brunswick)

One hundred and sixty billion tons of water pass through Fundy Bay every day -
sufficient quantity to fill the Grand Canyon. The place is like a large flooded
space where marine animals walk quietly. So, there is always hope of finding
them there.

Jasper National Park (Alberta)


Canada's largest rocky mountain park, Jasper is the right destination both in
summer and winter. At the hottest time of the year, visitors can walk in the
woods and get to know the waterfalls and lakes of glacial waters. Already in
winter, part of the park is transformed into a giant terrain for skiing. In the
coldest periods and also thanks to its hidden location and without interference
of artificial lights - it is possible to see the Aurora Borealis.

Queen Charlotte Island/Haida Gwail (British Columbia)

A lot of green and a lot of nature in the wild is what you will find on Queen
Charlotte Island, or simply Queen Charlotte Islands. In addition to all the natural
beauty, the region receives, between June and August, music festivals with
local bands. The archipelago is also home to 140 species of birds that inhabit a
sanctuary.
Cavendish Beach (Prince Edward Island)

Cavendish beach is one of the most visited places on Prince Edward Island.
And the smallest province of the country and became known as the house of
oysters. Stones, clear sand and the sea complete the landscape.

Lake Louise (Alberta)

A few hours from Montana, Lake Louise presents itself with its blue waters -
similar to those of the caribbean. Surrounded by stunning beauty, the mixture of
the green around with the blue of the waters makes its beauty it seems to have
left a picture. In winter, the water freezes and turns into a great "ski slope
outdoors”.
Dempster Highway (Yukon)

With more than 740 kilometers in length, the Dempster Highway is one of the
largest Canadian roads. The scenery around him seems to have come out of a
movie, with a lot of nature. In the hottest times, if turns into a color show as in
the photo above. In the invemo, there is a large "sea" of white snow. The route
passes through the Ogilvie and Richardson Mountains and even the Arctic
Circle. The mountains that surround it are an invitation to a good climb.

Castle Butte (Saskatchewan)

This mountain of sand and stones is a relic dating from the time of the ice age.
It’s formation of sand and stones has been considered a tourist spot for
hundreds of years. In spring, the place is even more beautiful when the flowers
emerge from the arid soil and leave the landscape colorful. Tour guides take
visitors to explore the region with hiking and climbing.
Montmorency Falls (Quebec)

Seven kilometers from the city of Quebec you can see the waters of the
Montmonrency River falling over St. Lawrence more than 80 meters high. The
waters of the site total one third of Niagara Falls. It is possible to see its falls on
a kind of platform or even climb the nearby rocks to the waterfall.

Capilano Suspension Bridge (British Columbia)

Built in 1889 and more than 135 meters long, the Capilano bridge is on the river
of the same name, responsible for sourcing most of the residents of Vancouver.
Despite being built by man, the attraction aims at the contact and contemplation
of nature. The bridge seems to pass in the middle of a forest and gives visitors
an incredible view of the city.
Auyuittuq National Park (Nunavut)

Its name means "the land that never thaws", that is, it is a tip about the clothes
you should wear when visit. The Penny Ice Cap, a large rocky mountain, also
dates from the ice age and remains intact until these days. For the more
adventurous, it is possible to ski and climb its full magnitude.
