    AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

    I, ALDRAINE CHARLES F. DELA ROSA Single, Filipino, of legal age with


    employment address of Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines,
    after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

    1.) That I was the professor handling (CRI 166 – HUMAN RIGHTS EDUCATION),
    (Summer Class), (2021-2022) at Cagayan De Oro College PHINMA, Max Suniel
    St. ,Carmen , Cagayan de Oro City.

    2.) That among my student then were Reojen Palingcod Montero taking Bachelor
    of Science in Criminology

    3.) That the said Reojen Palingcod Montero failed to comply with the requirements
    of the said subject due to attending the health emergency of his Mother, I gave
    him an INC or incomplete grade but he has now a corresponding grade in lieu of
    his INC.

    4.) That this Affidavit is one of the requirements for submission before the Office to
    the Registrar, for his grade.

    5. That I am executing this affidavit to the veracity and truthfulness of the foregoing
    statements and to whatever legal purposes it may serve.

    In witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 7th day of November,
    2022 at Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.
