2. To cultivate value of showmanship among individuals in the needlecraft industry
is to provide or build a needlecraft shop and hire the unemployed who is good in needlecrafts works. Aside from providing them work I will also encourage and ask the Leaders or the LGU to help to provide Training to people to develop the skills they really need for their work. With the training development gained, it also help them to make their own needlecraft products at home that suites their passion and likeness. 3. In order to pursue major crafts into livelihood industries to provide income is to promote craft works or use the following techniques like: “Word of Mouth and Your Own Community” ,”Customer Referrals” use Coupons and go in Social Media Platforms. Aside from the following techniques strives a best presentation to present in big Malls or small stores that your handcrafts are affordable, high quality and suites for new and old generation. 4. Open the core concept of needlecrafts to students. Start with something fairly simple just until the learners, and you, get your bearings. Ask yourself which techniques are likely to cause confusion when the student is home. Those are the ones you most definitely will want to cover in class. Start with a project that has fairly straight lines first, avoid projects that involve too many curvy lines as they can be tricky for learners to do needlecraft works. 5. First problem is the availability of the materials needed for crafting, Time, likeness to do such, “Halinable” easy to sell or make. To cope up such problems you need to prepare the material first or getting ready of the needed tools and equipment’s, manage your time because most likely doing handicrafts takes time, choose and bend what is trending nowadays and promote in personal or in social media the products you made. 6. This can include creating clothing that's made to last, reducing fabric waste, sourcing ethically produced, organic, naturally dyed, or local. Needle crafting has a lot of benefits. It is perfect for a hobby. It can teach you valuable life skills as well as how to embroider and sew/repair clothing. It contributes to your life when you are interested in making clothes, accessories, bags and more. Sewing is a fun hobby as well as something that you can do for a living. 7. To transfer learning to the non-formal education is to have a community outreach programs about needlecrafts to helps individuals with decision- making and builds self-confidence. In addition, non-formal education promotes a spectrum of skills and needlecraft is a skill. With that, it contributes to a nation's social and economic development and it also help in poverty. 8. Yes, agree with the all level teaching of needlecrafts. Because; Teaching. engaging and learning this subject at early age is the best way to master the handcrafts after schooling. Teaching this subject at all level is a form of Stages of Development with the teachers supervision the Learners will develop fine motor skills, help them build self-confidence and confidence in their skills, they'll learn how to be patient and sewing will help them to practice communicating and follow instructions. They will not forget the subject if is taught at all level. 9. Let students choose project that interest them. Set realistic performance goals and help students achieve them by encouraging them to set their own reasonable goals and provide verbal praise when students make progress. 10.
