• Morcon- is made from ground pork and beef, chorizo, onions, atsuete, tomato, raisins, duck
eggs, grated cheese and wrapped in pig’s caul fat.

Moche Kapampangan - This delicacy is made from glutinous rice flour shaped into balls, or more often
into ovals. The usual fillings are red bean paste, mung bean paste, or Bukayo (sweetened coconut
