    I. RATIONALE

    Pursuant to the Division Memorandum No. 081, s. 2023 with the theme “Providing Learner’s
    Resilience through Showcasing Skills and Talents in Culture and Arts, and Technology”
    In recognition of this, SAMAR NATIONAL SCHOOL (SNS) will enthusiastically participates on the said
    event.

    II. OBJECTIVES:
    The said activity aims to provide opportunities for learners from Junior High and Senior high Schools
    to showcase their skills and talents in different disciplines, and in platform in assessing their artistic abilities,
    language, scientific, technological and livelihood skills, critical analysis and deep reasoning among others.

    III. TARGET PARTICIPANTS:


    Target participants are the Junior High School Spa, Senior High School Learners, Junior High and
    Senior High School Teachers.
