to be my true and lawful attorneys-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to
do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:
1. To obtain a certified true copy of the tax declaration for that property
located in Kaypian, San Jose Belmonte Bulacan, with ARP No.0015-2032.
3. To transact with any party for the lease and/or sale of the property,
and under such terms and conditions acceptable to such attorneys-in-fact.
4. To receive the check or the proceeds of the lease, sale, transfer or other
conveyance, arising from any dealing/s involving the afore-mentioned
property, in the form of check(s) issued in any of the names of said
attorneys-in-fact, and issue the corresponding receipt therefor, and to
apply the same for any purpose deemed convenient by my attorneys-in-
fact.
5. To make, sign, execute and deliver any and all documents related
thereto and in furtherance of the power herein granted.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorneys-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and all acts requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority to lease, sell, dispose, assign or convey as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorneys-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
This Special Power of Attorney shall remain valid and subsisting until revoked.
