MINUTES OF THE MEETING

DRAFT RESOLUTIONS
ONE CABUYAO CITY – MAKILING EAGLES CLUB
1. Monthly Dues
a. The agreed monthly dues for club members is Php 350.00 and be payable on the third 3 rd week of the
month.
b. Start of contribution will be on November 2022 onwards
c. It is Mandatory to PAY monthly dues, or sanction will be serve.
2. Sanction for Delinquent Member
a. Failure to pay three (3) consecutive monthly dues will put the member into inactive member
i. Put Club Member into Inactive Member
1. No right to Vote during Club Election
2. No Alalayang Agila Benefit
b. Set a standardization of VALID Reason
3. General Membership Meeting
a. Members agreed/settled the schedule every Saturday of the third 3 rd week of every month around 6PM
b. Members agreed/settled for a contribution amounting to Php 300.00 (Foods, Beverages and Expenses
for the Venue)
c. Members agreed/settled to pay Php 300.00 contribution either he/she attend the GMM. Proceeds will
be accounted to club funds.
4. Alalayang Agila
a. For the Donations for Club Members, we agreed and defined the inclusions of FIRST FAMILY MEMBER
(Includes Parents and In-Laws).
b. A DECEASED Club Member will automatically receive Php 10,000.00 comes from the CLUB Funds and the
members had agreed to contribute amounting to Php 500.00.
c. A DECEASED First Family Members will automatically receive 5,000.00 comes from the Club funds and
members had agreed to contribute not lower than Php 200.00 or above.
d. A Club Member/First Family Member will receive Php 3,000.00 for SICKNESS/HOSPITALIZATION.
i. Member should file a letter of intent address to the President and Secretary
ii. Member who file a claim, must personally receive the amount approved.
iii. Sickness/Hospitalization is entitled once a year per member/first family member
5. Representation Allowance of the President / Vice President
a. Attend delegation invitation from other Eagles Club
i. President and Vice President should submit receipts of expenses with attach invitation
b. Emergency Expense
6. Eagles / Club Funds
a. Members agreed to open a bank account name to the club president and the club treasurer for safe
keeping.
i. Bank Account is name “and” only, checks should always be signed by both signatories.
7. Community Service
a. Member agreed to schedule a One (1) Grand Community Service per Year
b. Additional community service set by new aspirant
i. Community Service must be Aspirants and Regular Members
8. Recruitment / Applications of New Aspirants
a. The club members agreed that “NO LIMIT” is set for the # number of applicants.
b. The Club members will set a SCREENING COMMITTEE for new Aspirants
i. The Screening Committee will quality all new aspirants
