    The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for Visa is comprehensive, clear,
    and detailed. Each section includes a few key rules, explanations of how to
    apply them, helpful notes, case studies, and/or links to other policies that
    provide additional information for employees.The code's extensive resource
    section at the end is one of its most distinctive features. It includes contact
    information and instructions for reporting issues with everything from data
    privacy to HR incidents. Employees can quickly report any errors they find
    in this section and easily navigate it.Great Situational Examples and Well
    Organized
    Code of conduct is important because code of conduct serves as both an
    external declaration of a company's values and commitments as well as a
    set of internal rules for the employees to follow. The company culture can
    be defined , standards and expectations for behavior can be set for
    employees, customers and partners can learn about your values and decide
    whether they want to work with you, creating a level of transparency for a
    positive business relationship. Having a code of conduct can give employees
    a structure to follow from the moment they join the company, reducing the
    likelihood of problems coming up but also making the process of dealing
    with issues much easier should the worst happen. Additionally , a code can
    support employees in general decision making by giving them a structure
    to follow when it comes to company behavior, The code of conduct can
    inform employees of the rules to be followed, as well as what to do if they
    need to report a breach of corporate policy and the repercussions of
    providing false information. A code of conduct helps everyone involved by
    giving employees a better understanding of the company's policies and
    making life a little easier for everyone. It enhances employee working
    conditions and advertises your company's values, bringing in clients as a
    result.
