Good morning, have a great day everyone.

My name is QA, I'm a psycho doctor, and this is agent.Tran, she

belong to CIA. Today, we are coming here, doing research on
your mentality. We will mainly focus on OCD, which was
revealed to be more common in the socialty, especially in the
hustle and bustle world nowadays

This survey will cost you just 10 minute. And at the end of this
survey, their will be a survey sheet that u nees to fill in. So
please, attention.

3 main part
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
OCD is not a personality trait. It's a mental health disorder

It is a mental disorder where people feel the need to check things
repeatedly, perform routines repeatedly (called "rituals"), or
have certain thoughts repeatedly.
People are unable to control either the thoughts or the activities
for more than a short period of time.

Common activities include hand washing, counting of things,

and checking to see if a door is locked
So agent Tran have told us abt the re-checking, pefectionism and
constantly worrying.

And Besides the feature, another main part is Misconception.

First of all, the fake OCD. As I said, yes,

OCD means that a person has obsessions and/or
compulsions on a daily basis.
But not like
Our parents or grandparents, always tell us to " Hey! Wash your
hand twice adays" , which accidentally lead to our habit of
washing our hand.
Similarly, in daily life, you like to rearrange your table, clothes,
need it to be clean and satisfy
And, of couse, some might think this is OCD.
But no, i'm gonna teld you, No! OCD is not just this, and it's
more worsen than this.

But the other type of Fake OCD is well, really bad. It's you do is
on purpose.
I know, in this growing world, to catch up with other is
necessity, and some want to be speacial, be unique. That the
reason why they start to pretend. And what the easiest way? To
be an OCD.

They like the attention that comes as a result of being mentally
ill.
OCD is perfect because it makes them seem like people who are
inclined towards achieving perfection, but have been wrongly
victimized by this desire and to cope with things as they are.
"Woe, woe is me, pity me. I tried to do everything right and now
I can't help but do everything right, all the time! It's ruining my
life!"
At this point you, the listener, are supposed to nod
empathetically. “I'm sorry you're going through this.”

People who pretend to have mental disabilities usually want
attention. They are trying to project an image, tell a story, get
you on their side. That's how they know they are loved- if
someone cares enough to listen to them.
Since people don't listen to their other stories, they throw in a
story about OCD to grab your attention.

But, what about to be a real OCD, It's a passive.

ARE PP BORN WITH OCD?

People are definitely born with a predisposition to have OCD.
That is, that the symptoms of OCD are more or less likely to
occur whether they actually develop OCD or not
Depends on

1) How their brains develop after they're born, which is due to
both genetic variables and the influence of their social and
physical environment

2) Major life events throughout their whole lifespan, including
as adults (trauma, abuse, other physical or mental illness, intense
stress, loss, etc.).

It's like a bridge across water. Some bridges are stronger than
others, and they can handle more weight.
But even a strong bridge can snap if the weight is
overwhelming.
And a weak bridge can stay intact if it carries a light load.

But again, to sum up, the processes into OCD are typically the
same pathway into most mental disorders.
People are not born with OCD, but they are tuned to easily have
it or not, which further depends on what happens in their life.
