WRITTEN REPORT

Given the complexities and multidisciplinarity of PSS development, using a collaborative IT tool is critical
for both provider and customer in the industrial projects. The most difficult main step in this scenario is
creating a standard language to handle the interactions between multiple parties. As a consequence of
this research, it is suggested that the system be broken down into modules, not only in the engineering
process but also in software design initiatives. The modular ontology approach appears to be a viable
answer for the vast amount of knowledge needed in PSS development.

It is useful in estimating the number of theoretical steps necessary for a distillation column in graphical
design. Figure 5.3 depicts a typical equilibrium curve for a binary combination on an x-y plot. It can be
plotted using Equations (5.4) or (5.5), as explained in the previous section. It offers less information than
a phase diagram (i.e., no temperature), yet it is the most widely utilized. Page 6 of 9 The VLE plotNPTEL -
Chemical - Mass Transfer Operation 1 Joint initiative of IITs and IISc - Funded by MHRD represents the
bubble and dew points of a binary mixture at constant temperature pressure. The curving line in Figure
5.3 is known as the equilibrium line summarizes the liquid and vapor compositions in equilibrium.

When compared to finite transformations (scale, rotation changes, etc.) and lighting variations, using the
SIFT algorithm [5-6] during the acquisition phase provides robust keypoints. It specifically addresses the
issue of recurrent illumination changes in various regions of the bridge (external areas, interior arches,
and internal areas) without relying too much on the acquisition grid. Autocorrelation happens when two
tiny picture parts recognize radiometric values on the images, such as greyscale or basic characteristics
(points, lines, regions)or patches, one of which is kept on an image as the template, while the other, the
search matrix, is moved until it aligns perfectly with the first picture [7]. With a precision of 0.5 pixel, this
correlation process re-defines the position of the sub-pixels.

The longitudinal segments of the bridge have a low velocity in elliptical orbit acquisitions percentage of
overlap (Fig. 4 (a)), with the best heights occurring when the camera is at its highest point. The sweep
distance was 5m and the angle was 45° (30m). As the number of acquisitions along the elliptical
trajectory increases, so does the proportion of overlap.Providing major increases in reconstruction
quality. The optimal combination of type, frequency, and acquisition number was identified by the
study.Table 3 summarizes the findings and quantifies acquisition effectiveness in the average overlap %
and keypoint number per picture.
