    Video instruments, all adapted to well assessment even under harsh conditions

    OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
    Run from standard production logging cables, our video instruments match with most of real time requirements when
    downhole fluids allow clear natural imaging.

    Developments involving thermal shields, heat transfer optimization, fast communication and image compression
    algorithms were at the base of combined efforts to deploy new instruments.

    Operational applications of downhole video instruments include: Mechanical inspection such as corrosion / obstruction
    / perforations / screens / casing cuts, Wireline and Work-Over fishing operation assistance, Completion elements
    evaluation, Unexpected leakage with water entry or Scale build-up versus time.

    Thanks to the exceptional optical chain including lightning, lenses, high transmission rate together with the optimized
    compression mode, color pictures and videos are of exceptional quality.

    A new software was also validated to present axial video results versus depth in a fast to understand presentation, as
    a borehole continuous imaging.
