    - in identifying workflow inefficiencies, we can distinguish the possible outcome
    of completing processes in dealing with supply chain since with identifying nga,
    it helps us see visions ng possible cause in dealing with the workflow. And if
    efficient ang workflow, we can streamline the process orders smoothly to whom we
    transact with

    2. Streamline Ordering Processes


    - in streamlining ordering processes, we create a simpler and not much more complex
    process para mas maging efficient yung pag-reduce ng cost. Thinking before you
    order can both be important to the seller and the customer since there will be no
    hassle in transaction plus makakatipid pa ng time and effort on both sides.

    3. Tracking Customer Demand


    - We should always be cautious of what our customers need and what the company
    lacks that customers are in need for. We can monitor ordering patterns by
    regulating them nga, and also sometimes, conveying surveys on what to improve in
    the business that the staffs can learn from and to adjust it.

    4. Monitor your progress


    - Same with number 3 but this time, customers are not included. With this,
    regulating and monitoring your progress over time can let you see if you have
    improved, and to check if there are more to improve, which can serve as a lesson to
    do more positively.

    - In utilizing space, it can reduce supply chain cost because sa process na to,
    optimizing space efficiently can result to smooth workflow operation. This can
    pertain to walang labis, walang kulang, since you are effectively monitoring the
    storage capacity and the number of products you are storing within a workplace or
    warehouse for example.

    6. Use of Technology
    - Technology is really important when it comes to different industry. The use of
    technology can reduce supply chain cost drastically because you don't have to do it
    manually per se. With manual treatment, it can take a lot of time and in worst
    cases, baka magkaroon pa ng mistakesfrom ticking manually.

    - In my own understanding to this, diversification means to not only stick with one
    investment, but also try other investments as well. As with this, we can have more
    and more lessons on different types of investments though with this, always be
    careful in choosing which investments you should be choosing.

    - Planning on which transport service you are using is also crucial to reduce
    supply chain cost because not only makakatipid ka with costs, but with time as
    well. So with it, you must be able to distinguish which mode of transportation you
    use according to a product and which meets its requirements when it comes to mode
    of transportation. IF there are plenty of orders but nationwide lang, obviously we
    choose the option truck delivery, or vice versa. Always consider din legit third
    party logistics nga para when extra capacity is recquired, madali nalang ang
    process to deliver to the person we transacted with.

    9. Demand Forecasting
    - In forecasting demands and supplies, it can also reduce supply cost kasi with
    this, it helps businesses decide around planning and budgeting the stock inventory.
    With demand forecasting, makakatulong ito to prevent a business from experiencing
    loss of supplies and products, especially peak seasons where customers are really
    in need of a certain product.

    10. Minimize Waste Packaging


    - With this last slide, recycling materials and wastes is very important in
    reducing supply chain cost. This is included because with minimizing waste packages
    and just giving them upo, business companies can tend to be creative to recycling
    them, na nagreresult into sustainable materials and in that way, it reduce the
    amount of time and costs just with innovating them in many ways and methods.
