COURSE DESCRIPTION:

A detailed evaluation of the law on civil procedure as amended by A.M. No. 19-10-
20-SC otherwise known as the Revised Rules on Civil Procedure, including
pertinent special laws, administrative circulars, and Supreme Court decisions.

COURSE GOALS: Expected College of Law Graduate Attributes (ELGAs)

thinking, effective in written and oral communication, logical reasoning, and sound
judgment, exercise of proper professional and ethical responsibilities
