Executive Summary In this time of pandemic, the delivery of learning to the

learners is somewhat different from the past considering that
there is no face-to-face learning. It is very challenging on the part
of the teachers to help the learners in understanding their lessons.
Video Lesson can be a helpful tool in assisting the learners in
doing their activities in their modules for this serves as their guide.

In response to the present pandemic situation, the Department

of Education has promulgated issuances on flexible learning and
materials under DO 18, s. 2020 otherwise known as the Policy
Guidelines for the Provision of Learning Resources in the
Implementation of BE-LCP to ensure that learning opportunities are
provided to our learners in a safe manner, through different learning
delivery
.

Program Objectives
Terminal Objectives:
To be equipped with knowledge in creating video lessons that
will serve as learning toolkits for learners where procedures,
instructions and other important details are provided to aid the
learning process.

Specific Objectives:

 Find new ways to meet students’ needs.

 Adapt intervention programs and tactics for pupils who are

having difficulty with the aid of created video lessons.

 Demonstrate understanding on the use of different apps in
creating and crafting video lessons.

- trainers/facilitators: The speaker/facilitator really knew

her topic.
- participants: The participants were active and enjoyed
the entire session.
- content of program: The LAC/program was timely. It
really helps the participants to be knowledgeable in
cutting relevant videos for their lessons.
- delivery strategies: The strategies were effective and
relative to the training/LAC. Exploration, Constructivism,
Collaboration, and Integration (4As, Lecturette,
andragogic approach) were observed.
- training materials: The training materials were relevant
to the topic.

- prior to delivery: The speaker/facilitator informed the
participants before the LAC. She also created an
invitation so that the participants were well informed.
- during the training proper: During the training proper, the
speaker/facilitator was so prepared and ready to deliver
new information. The participants were very interested to
learn and take down notes the important details and very
eager to apply their learnings.

 Results from the program managers review of the program

The program manager was knowledgeable with the topic. She delivered the lesson very
well as schedule. Learning objectives were clear, topics were relevant to work, activities
were congruent to the objectives, the presentation skills were engaging, and the audio/
visual aids were easy to hear/see.

 Strengths and areas for improvement should be identified in this section.

The topics were very timely and interested to learn . It ensures teachers receive
training that was very useful and of great help to achieve learning goals, very informative.
This will help the teachers to have a proper skill in proper documentation of activities and
accomplishment. Learning by doing was applied in this training/LAC that’s why learning lasts
longer or considered life-long learning.

video editing. This is the generation where we should focus on the trend and what makes our
learners comfortable in learning. Considering the pandemic that is happening, video presentation is
