    Uses and Operation of a Grinding Machine


    -A grinding machine, often shortened to grinder, is one of power tools or machine
    tools used for grinding, it is a type of machining using an abrasive wheel as the
    cutting tool.

    How to use Grinding Machine


    -Assemble the handle before connecting the tool to air network.
    - Use teflon tape when connecting whip to tool.
    - Adjust the guard position to the application conditions. Make sure that the guard
    protects the operator.
    - Inspect the wheel before installation on grinder. ( Correct dimensions, max
    operating speed, limit usage date, conditions.
    -Always use the provided safety screw.
    -Hold the spindle lock to tighten the flange and safety screw.
    -Always use the original spanners to install the abrasive. (Don’t over-tighten the
    flanges.)
    -Always use the proper individual protection equipment. Ear muffs, goggles,
    gloves, safety boots, and coverall suit.
    - Use whip between the root and the hose. It will ease the tool handling and avoid
    stress on air inlet.
    -Wear your individual protection equipment before starting tool and make a safety
    test run without grinding.
    -Maintain an angle of 30 degrees for proper abrasive use.
