    Application for Malaysian Nationality is under Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara Malaysia.

    In the
    case of yours can possibly apply under Article 15(2) of The Federal Constitution. The application
    will be review, either approve or not will be decided by The Ministry of Home Affairs, Malaysia.

    Please prepare all requirements documents as below:

    Registrants Documents;
    1) Original Birth Certification and two (2) copy,
    2) Original Passport and two (2) copy,
    3) Original Korean ID and 2 copy, and
    4) Three (3) recent photos (passport size blue background).

    Parents and siblings documents;


    1) Fill –in application form JPN.WN01B (original form should be use),
    2) Original ID and 2 copy (parents) (front and back at the same page),
    3) Original ID and 2 copy (others sibling) (front and back at the same page),
    4) Original Birth Certificate and 2 copy (parents),
    5) Original Birth Certificate and 2 copy (others sibling),
    6) Original Marriage Certificate and 2 copy (parents),
    7) Original Passport and 2 copy (parents) (bio-data page only), and
    8) Original Alien Registration Card and 2 copy (mother) (front and back at the same page).

    Note:
    a. We may require additional documents if necessarily.
    b. All copy of foreign language documents should be translated in English or in
    Bahasa by certified translator such as notary public and endorsed by Ministry of
    Foreign Affairs Republic of Korea for (Korean documents) for others country it
    should be endorsed by their respective Embassy before presented to the
    Malaysian Embassy.
    c. All original documents mentioned compulsory to be presented at the counter for
    verification. Applicants are responsible to have their own original documents in
    their possession, without original documents in what so ever reasons will be not
    entertained.
    d. Parents and baby should be presence at the Embassy on submission date.
    e. Courier and postal service not possible.
    f. All applicants required to complete their application documentations prior
    submitting at the Embassy. Clip all documents required accordingly.
    g. Incomplete documentations may cause application be rejected.
