Rehearse your answers out loud while visualizing yourself in the interview without a script
Never memorize answers or you’ll only be able to say them one way
Focus on the needs of the employer as if you’re there to help them solve a problem
Clear your head with a walk in the park before your interview and practice deep breathing
Don’t think of it as a job interview, but a conversation where you aim to understand their needs and show them
how you can be a solution to their problem
