    Aware of climate change as a severe threat to future generations,

    Alarmed by the natural calamities occurring all around the world,

    Deeply disturbed by the condition of refugees and IDP’s over the globe,

    Bearing in mind the efforts made by UNFCCC, UNEP, and IPCC,

    Taking into account the steps taken by the country to reach carbon
    neutral emissions in the near future,

    Taking into consideration the views put forward by the World


    Community,

    1) Condemns the ill-treatment of people affected by natural


    calamities which is a clear violation of Article 3, in which
    humane and non-discriminatory treatment are two important
    protections offered by the Geneva convention
    2) Urges the UNEP to provide monthly reports on carbon
    emissions of nations

    3) Requests the respective nations to impose sanctions on


    companies that have high carbon emission

    4) Suggests to the respective nation’s government to give a 10


    percent tax reduction for companies employing refugees and a
    “global citizen” label to recognize their contribution

    5) Emphasises on the problem in the definition of the refugee


    law in which Climate migrants are not legally considered
    refugees according to international refugee law

    6) Encourages to build localized climate adaptation plans—at


    the source of migration to reduce the outflow of people, and at
    the destination villages and cities to accommodate the influx
    of people

    7) Urges all the global powers to come up with more ambitious


    goals which as of now is insufficient

    8) Suggests to :

    set up agencies and NGOs specialising recruiting stateless


    people and aiding them with food and shelter

    The countries that release more than 410ppm of greenhouse
    gases must be penalized

    The use of refrigarator, air conditioners must be reduced to


    reduce the emmision of chloro fluoro carbons(CFCs). Each
    household must have a maximum of 1 refrigarator and 2 air
    conditioners or 1 air conditioner only

    The government must encourage their citizens to use


    renewable energy resources instead of non renewable energy
    resource in everyone's house to save energy

    9) Encourages the nations to improve the agriculture and


    promote vegan diet

    10) Strongly condemns cleaning of the forests at a rapid pace,


    and urges the nation to take strict action against it
